Description
Lel/ A-Line 32D (DDM) – represents the new age of A-Line 32D digital acoustic emission (AE) systems family. Being multichannel module system for data acquisition and processing with a serial high-speed data transmission channel. A-Line 32D (DDM) was developed with using advanced technologies in the fields of microelectronics and digital data transmission. Digital AE system A-Line 32D (DDM) is covered by patent number RU 44390.
AE systems of the given series comprise the central computer station and several measuring lines uniting consistently connected modules of AE data acquisition and processing (AE modules). Strengthening of AE signals, filtration, digitization by means of ADC, registration, the subsequent digital processing and calculation of AE parameters is carried out in the AE module which is located near to the AE sensor directly at the object under test.
Purpose – nondestructive testing without withdrawal: pipelines, pressure vessels, reservoirs, boilers, rail tank cars, oil derricks, cranes, bridges and other structures; quality testing of the manufactured products in oil, gas, chemical and other industries.
The usage of the Lel/ A-Line 32D (DDM) provides
SAFETY – A-Line 32D (DDM) is able to perform continuous real-time data acquisition and also can automate testing. All AE-modules comes in explosionproof case.
HIGH QUALITY – Every A-Line 32D (DDM) hardware part is a subject to 100% inspection test. Extensive testing applied to assembled system afterwards.
NOISE IMMUNITY – Primary data processing and AE parameters calculation performed in AE-modules located directly on the tested object. Processed data transmitted to host PC in digital form. Electrical isolation between modules is assured.
EFFICIENCY – One of the new capabilities of the A-Line 32D (DDM) is testing an extensive objects with the total length of up to 5 km simultaneously by using single portable system.
MULTIPLE-PURPOSE – Due to new design architecture and new capabilities A-Line 32D (DDM) can be used both as a mobile system for periodic testing, so a stationary system for continuous testing (monitoring) with object operating ability.
FLEXIBILITY – A-Line 32D (DDM) cable segments between AE-modules may have different length thus allowing Customers to choose cable most suitable for tested objects. Cable length may be extended by using standard connectors. This allows to place AE system and servicing personnel as far from tested object as needed.
HIGH PERFORMANCE - A-Line 32D (DDM) system processed data, displays graphs and remains operational at data rates up to 15 thousand hits/s per every channel.
WIDE FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES – Each AE-module provides: variable gain, software selectable filters, pulser mode, digital oscilloscope with independent threshold and variable waveform length and sampling rate, three parametric channels with capability of being reconfigured into control outputs, temperature sensor, two-color LED indicating module state. Measuring channel is able to process AE signals with frequency as low as 1 kHz.
EASY TO USE - A-Line 32D (DDM) software, common for all A-Line 32D systems family, operates under Windows-9X/XP.
Use of digital data transmission has enabled the engineers of INTERUNIS-IT to equip Lel /A-Line 32D (DDM) / AE system with a full set of wireless communication Lel /A-Line 32D (DDM/R)/.
