Major changes:

Spectral density windows:
- In the windows of the spectral energy density of the AE pulse waveforms along the ordinate axis, the value in µV/MHz is now displayed, which corresponds to the previously selected unit of energy measurement in µV2*µs.

Channel Parameter Settings:
- In the "Channel Parameters / Temporary" dialog box, the ability to search for a device in the system by its physical number has been added, to do this, enter the numeric number of the device in the appropriate input field and click the search button ">>". The address of the device will be displayed in the text line to the right of the search button.

View Panel:
- For DDM-2 type systems, it is possible to flash the built-in LED of any module at the operator's choice to facilitate identification of the position
of the device as part of the system at the control object. To do this, you need to right-click on the color field indicating the color of the display of this module in the "Channel Viewing Panel" by analogy with turning on/off the calibration mode. Flashing is available independently for each module at any time after power is supplied to the line, except for the data collection period.

Major changes:

Location:
- In the window of accumulation of the associated AE pulses, the possibility of choosing the construction of this dependence is realized either taking into account all the associated pulses (as was previously without alternative), or displaying the accumulation of only the first pulses of the event (location three / four /pack). To do this, in the "Additional Location Options" dialog box, set the switch to the appropriate position in the "Options of the Accumulation window" group.

Channel Parameter Settings:
- In the "Channel Parameters / Main" dialog box, the ability to broadcast external digital filters to all channels in the systems has been added
DDM-2 types. To do this, click the "Filters to all" button and open the "Filter Loading Manager" dialog box, in which you should select the desired external filters for their immediate loading. It is recommended to carry out this procedure during the initial setup of the system until the start of data collection in order to use all downloaded filters in the future without restrictions and avoid wasting time on loading them.

Major changes:

A-Line v.6.04

Classification:
- Two criteria for assessing the degree of hazard of AE sources have been added, in accordance with JB/T 10764-2007 (ISO/NP 24489) "AE corrosion control of the bottom of metal atmospheric storage tanks" and GB/T 18182-2012 (ISO/NP 24367) "AE control of metal equipment under pressure". The criterion JB/T 10764-2007 (ISO/NP 24489) allows assessing the degree of danger based either on the number of associated AE source events (the classification result is displayed in the location group) or on the number of registered AE pulses for each individual channel (the classification result is displayed on the dependence of the Total AE pulse count/Channel). The GB/T 18182-2012 criterion (ISO/NP 24367) makes it possible to assess the degree of danger of AE sources based on the level of activity and the level of intensity of the source (the classification result is displayed in the location group).

Location:
- In the linear location settings, it is possible to set the cluster width as a percentage of the distance between neighboring sensors. To do this, select "Width in % [n-m]" in the corresponding drop-down list of the "Parameters of the linear location scheme" dialog box.

Oscilloscope:
- In the settings of the oscilloscope channel, it is possible to set an individual threshold for registering waveforms equal to the threshold of the main AE channel plus the additive constant Y in dB. In the list of waveforms, the threshold for registering such waveforms (in dB) will be displayed as <XX.XX(Y)>, where XX.XX is the established individual threshold, Y is the additive constant.

A-Line OSC Processing 3.1:
- Added the ability to construct spectrogram cross sections for Choi-Williams and Wigner transformations.

Correlation windows:
- Correlation windows can now be built according to the calculated parameters of the AE flow: "AE activity", "Counting speed", "Total pulse count" and "Total emissions count".

Location windows:
- In windows of all types of location, except 3D, marker lines now display the boundaries of the filtering area by coordinates, if any are set by the user

Energy of the AE pulse:
- The unit of measurement of the AE pulse energy J*1e-24 has been replaced with a more common one (µV2*µs), while the energy in dB is now calculated relative to the reference value of 1 µV2*µs, the unit of measurement of the energy parameter MARSE is, in turn, µV*µs

Synchronous Text Viewing Window:
- Added automatic saving of the position and size of the synchronous text view window in the configuration file

The main window. View Panel:
- In the Viewing Panel, the ability has been added to observe, in addition to the accumulation of the total number of AE pulses (SN[imp]) and the number of cumulative emissions accumulated over all channels (SN[sample])

Location:
- In the locations of 2D-type surfaces in which localization is carried out according to planar "location zones", it is possible not to consider "false" and save for further processing the location points that did not fall inside the triangular or quadrangular shape of the location zone that formed them. For this, the "Save results" option should be noted in the "Additional location Options" dialog box. locations outside the location zone" (disabled by default). At the same time, all triggered events will be displayed and processed, regardless of whether they fall inside any location zone or not.

Display Windows:

Location:

Oscilloscope channel:
- General launch of the digital oscilloscope channel (command "Control/Start OSC") is now available only if at least one individual channel oscilloscope is enabled in the Channel Parameters dialog box/An oscilloscope." Waveform display windows:
- In the waveform display windows, the font setting for displaying the text legend is now available. To select the desired display parameters in the "General System Parameters" dialog box on the "Main" tab, click the "Select" button next to the "Do not show the legend in the oscilloscope window" option. In the standard Font dialog box, you should select all the desired text output parameters except color. In any case, the color of the text legend display will be determined inversely to the color of the AE channel display. AE Workbench
- The software package of our company now includes the author's set of AE data analysis tools AE Workbench for Windows (trial version) from the employee of INTERUNIS LLC Alexey Grigoryevich Komarov. The distribution of the specified program is located in the AE Workbench directory , available after installation

ALine 32D

New parameters of the AE pulse.
- In the windows of filtering and text viewing of files and synchronous text viewing of AE pulses, the set of characteristics available for display is supplemented by two "descriptors" (parameters) of the pulse: "Amp., [mv] MV]/Emissions " and "Ln(A)/ Emissions ", equal respectively to the ratio of the maximum amplitude in MV and the number of emissions and the natural logarithm of Ln A and the number of emissions , where A is the ratio of the maximum amplitude of the pulse and the value of the discrimination threshold, in MV. To do this, in the "General System Parameters" dialog box on the "List of Parameters" page, the option Amp.,[mkV] mkV] should be marked in the corresponding fields of the lists./Outliers or Ln(A)/Outliers, respectively, the specified selection is saved in the configuration file. Also, now
it is possible to export the values of the above descriptors to a text format along with other characteristics of AE pulses. To do this, in the "General System Parameters" dialog box on the "Export Parameters" page, select the option Amp.,[mkV] mkV] in the corresponding field of the list./Outliers or Ln(A)/ Outliers Further, the above descriptors can be graphically represented in the windows of correlation and histogram dependencies similarly to other parameters of AE pulses. To do this, in the dialog box "Window Manager" in the corresponding group lists, you will need to add the desired dependencies by selecting the parameters Amp., [mkV] mkV]/Outliers or Ln(A)/Outliers, respectively, in the drop-down lists Z axis >>, Y axis or X axis.

AE Parameters display windows:
- The set of main windows for displaying information is supplemented with the "Counting speed" window / Time, [ ", reflecting the number of emissions for each channel during the averaging period. In addition, the window "Total emissions / Time, [s]" to display the total accumulated number of emissions for each channel since the start of the system has been renamed to "Total bill / Time, [s]" according to GOST R 55045 2012.

Management:
The "Continue" command, which resumed data collection after a "Pause" in the system operation, was excluded from the list of system management commands. Now to continue
after data collection, the "Pause" command should be repeated. The corresponding changes have also been made to the toolbar.

Major changes in A-Line 32D 4.99:

Histogram and correlation windows:
- The contents of histogram and correlation windows can now be cleaned and restored at any time using the corresponding toolbar buttons previously used only for cleaning and restoring the contents of location windows.

Location:
- In the dialog boxes for selecting channels for participation in location groups, the possibility of multiple selection of lines in the lists of available and selected channels using the " Ctrl" and " Shift" buttons is implemented.
- In the windows for displaying the results of planar location types (Planar, Cylinder, Sphere, Bottom, Cone), it is now possible to set automatic
scaling of coordinate axes in such a way that the shape of objects is preserved with any change in the size of the window. To do this, in the "Additional Location Options" dialog box, you need to set the switch "Save the shape of objects in two-dimensional windows". The specified mode is active only if autoscaling mode is enabled in the axis settings.
- Location "Bottom": Added the ability to set the offset of all PAE relative to 12 hours. To do this, in the "Bottom Location Scheme Parameters" dialog box, select "Bottom, 12 o'clock" in the "Relative" drop-down list. Now it is possible to shift all PAE by a given length along the perimeter. To do this, in
the dialog box "Parameters of the bottom location scheme" in the "Offset PAE mm" field, enter the offset value and click "Apply".
The possibility of changing the direction of PAE numbering clockwise / counterclockwise is implemented . The change of direction is carried out by pressing the "Change direction" button in the "Parameters of the bottom location scheme" dialog box
- Location "RVS Wall":
Added a new location "Wall of the RVS". By default, sensors with even numbers are located in the upper row, sensors with odd numbers in the lower row.
It is possible to shift all PAE by a given amount along the X axis . To do this, in the "Parameters of the planar location scheme" dialog box, in the "X Offset of all PAE mm" field, enter the offset value and click "Apply". It is also possible to shift the sensors of the upper / lower row by a given amount along the Y axis . To do this, in the "Parameters of the planar location scheme" dialog box, in the "Y offset" field. row mm " / " Y offset is lower. mm row" you need to enter the offset value and click "Apply".

Major changes in A-Line 32D 4.98:

Location
- In the "Bottom" location, it is possible to display a three-dimensional model of the results of the location by analogy with other types of locations. To create a window of a three-dimensional model of the bottom location, enable the option "Display a window of a three-dimensional model of the location" in the dialog box "Additional location options" in the corresponding location group. The resulting 3 D histogram will display the results of clustering of AE sources by the bottom area in the form of rectangular prisms, the height and color of which will correspond to the number of accumulated location events in the cluster.
- The possibility of tabular input of the attenuation curve for the AE converter has appeared. To do this, in the "Setting up Location Groups" dialog box (Location Menu), select or create a location group and open the "Additional Location Options" dialog box (Advanced Options...). In the "Attenuation parameter" group, set the switch to the "Set by table" position and enter the parameters of the attenuation curve (the "Settings" button)
- For each type of location, the ability to import coordinates of AE converters from a text file is implemented. The format of the record in a text file: the first line is the title, the rest of the data is "Channel number a | Offset by X [mm] | Y Offset [ |Z Offset [ ". In the "Setting up Location Groups" dialog box (Location menu), select or create a location group, open the "Location Scheme Parameters" dialog box ("Parameters" button and select a text file ("Import" button)

Text View:
- In the windows of filtering and text viewing of files and synchronous test viewing of AE pulses, the set of characteristics available for display is supplemented by the difference in arrival times (RVP) of the associated pulses, in the iss. To do this, in the "General System Parameters" dialog box on the "List of Parameters" page, it should be noted in the corresponding fields of the RVP, iss option lists, the specified choice is saved in the configuration file. In addition, it is now possible to export the RVP to a text format along with other characteristics of AE pulses. To do this, in the "General System Parameters" dialog box on the "Export Parameters" page, select the RVP, iss option in the corresponding field of the list

Histogram windows:
- Histogram dependency (distribution) windows, previously called "post-processing", can now be built and observed in the collection mode. This innovation applies to both conventional 2D and 3D volumetric windows. At the same time, it is necessary, however, to avoid opening an unreasonably large number of such windows, especially for systems with non-new computing hardware. In addition, the specified histogram dependencies (distributions) can now be plotted in total across all channels. To do this, enable the "Total" option in the "Window Manager" dialog box in the "Histogram Windows" group when adding and configuring a new histogram window.

Data Files:
- The data files (ald and osc) now store information about the hardware and software version of the implementation of the complex on which these files were recorded.
To view this information, click the "Hardware Information" button in the "General Information" group in the header dialog box of the selected file.

AE signal energy:
- Added the ability to recalculate the AE signal energy in units of MARSE ]. To do this, in the dialog box "General system parameters" (Settings Parameters...) in the "List of parameters" tab, you need to check the box in the "Energy, MARSE" position

Major Changes in A-Line OSC Processing v.2.10:

- Automatic recognition of dispersion curves on the AE signal spectrogram in batch mode has become available. To do this, right-click in the OSC file header window in the list of signals and select "Auto recognition of dispersion curves" in the menu. The auto recognition parameters for batch mode are located in the "Configuring Basic Parameters" window.
- Now the order of the waveforms during navigation is carried out according to the sorting of any parameter in the list of signals (the "OSC file Header" window).
- Another method of superimposing dispersion curves has appeared by entering parameters (L 1, d 1, t 0) in the "View/Setup of spectrograms" menu in the "Uneven thickness" group. And by checking the box in the switch ( L 2, d 2 ), you can observe the superposition of dispersion curves for various parameters.
- Spiral path mapping is available for different methods of applying dispersion curves. To do this, in the "View/Setup of spectrograms" menu in the "Spiral paths" group, enter the diameter of the object D and the number of turns N

Major changes in A-Line 32D v.4.97

New modification of the "Ethernet Box Enhanced" system
- Implemented software support for AE systems of the new modification "Ethernet Box Enhanced", which has a number of advantages over the standard version of the "Ethernet Box" system, namely:
a more reliable network connection of the hardware and computing parts of the complex, with the possibility of operational monitoring of this connection and the state of the hardware
the possibility of combining several separate complexes into one by including them in a common network to effectively increase the number of measuring channels with the possibility of their synchronization. The AE complex in the new version is addressed in the network space with its own IP address. To organize work with the hardware of the new version, it is necessary to set the required number of network addresses of the complexes connected to the network in the dialog box "General system parameters Network connections" (menu option "Settings Parameters ...") in the field "Network address settings of devices". In addition, in the "General System Parameters Network Connections" dialog box, you can enable monitoring of the internal temperature of the connected device in the protocol file
operation of the system using the switch "Monitor the temperature of the hardware". In the system of alarm sound messages, it became possible to set an alarm for loss of communication with the hardware of the complex ("Communication with the hardware is lost"). All the above settings are saved in the system configuration file. Joint operation of the old ("Ethernet Box") and new ("Ethernet Box Enhanced") AE complexes is not supposed (is not allowed) modifications in a single network space. The current version of the software does not assume (is not allowed) joint operation of different types of AE complexes (DDM and PCI) of the new (" Ethernet Box Enhanced") modifications in a single network space.
The division of A Line into network ( Net, Ethernet Box) and non-network modifications of distributions, previously separately presented on the company's website, is abolished. Now the software distribution for a specific type of system (DDM, PCI N, PCI 8) is suitable for working with any version of the complex of this type.

The "Parameters of the new dimension" window
- It is now possible to select the criteria for completing data collection: by measurement time (it already was), by the number of pulses, by the number of outliers, by the size of the ald file and by the number of recorded waveforms. It is also now possible to automatically restart the measurement by setting the appropriate check mark in the switch.

Criteria assessments:
- Added the ability to assess the degree of danger of AE sources in terms of the amplitude criterion according to the standard EN 14584:2005. To do this, set the switch "Criterion option according to ..." in the "Amplitude criterion Settings" dialog box to the appropriate position.

Oscilloscope graph:
- On the oscilloscope charts along with the display of the signal in units.ADC and MV can now be displayed in dB.

Major Changes in A-Line OSC Processing 2.09:

An algorithm for automatic recognition of dispersion curves on the AE signal spectrogram is implemented.
